The 55m motor yacht Loewe is on track to be delivered to her owners in 2025 by Italian shipyard Tankoa Yachts. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of LUCA DINI Design & Architecture, while Tankoa Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she will feature a 9m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht will have an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This will be the second yacht built on the T55 Sportiva design. The yacht is designed and being built in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of the yacht Loewe is striking and functional, with a color scheme of white, grey, and black that provides a modern look. The hull is smooth and aerodynamic, taking inspiration from motorsports. A distinctive boot strap design moves forward up the hull towards the bow.

The yacht has a standout beach club, offering a comfortable setting for relaxation and access to the water. The club includes a swimming pool and steps lead down to a Nemo room for an immersive experience.  

On the foredeck, the yacht's tenders are stored with a crane for deployment when needed. This area also includes extra sunbathing space, giving guests more options for outdoor enjoyment. The upper aft deck is designed for socializing, equipped with loose furniture and an alfresco dining table that accommodates 12 guests.

The sun deck is another focal point, featuring a Jacuzzi, bar, and additional sunbathing areas. 

Interior Design

The main deck features a galley designed for efficiency and ease of use. In the salon, large floor-to-ceiling side windows create a bright and open atmosphere, complemented by neutral decor that provides a clean and understated ambiance. The space includes a comfortable lounge area and a dining table that seats 12, ideal for both casual and formal dining experiences.

A striking black spiral staircase serves as a focal point, connecting the various interior levels and adding a touch of contemporary design. The ceilings have a hammered metal finish that allows light to bounce off it, offering a subtle texture that enhances the yacht's modern style. The yacht is equipped with an elevator that connects the lower and upper decks, providing convenient access and mobility for guests.  

Accommodation

Loewe accommodates up to 12 guests across six en suite staterooms. The full beam owner's suite on the main deck offers a private terrace and a Jacuzzi, and has warm wood panelling and circular feature lights. On the lower deck, there are a further five guest suites ensure comfortable lodging, each designed to provide a private and restful environment.

She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 1,193hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Loewe is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. She has a maximum range of 3,800 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots.
