Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.17m beam and a 2.23m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 492 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2009. This was the ninth yacht built on the W164 design. Launched in November 2011 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in January 2012.

Exterior Design

The sundeck features a custom-built bar, crafted in fiberglass and painted to harmonize with the superstructure. Its backlit natural stone top adds a subtle touch of elegance, designed to integrate with the yacht's existing columns.

Adjacent to the bar, the sundeck is enriched with a dining area and lounge space. These are complemented by a refined hot tub, bordered by marble, and accompanied by cantilevered teak barstools and sunpads. Unique to Maison Blanche are the integrated sky tables within the sunpads, providing guests with a convenient surface for their drinks without compromising the sundeck's cohesive aesthetic.

On the bridge deck aft, modifications have transformed the space to accommodate alfresco seating, enhanced by new teak decking and an updated awning system. This area now comfortably hosts a small gathering for cocktails. The main deck aft continues the theme of revitalization with a custom teak starburst table set against a refreshed navy-and-white color scheme.

The centerpiece of the main deck aft is the reimagined bar area. Its structure has been reconfigured with an elevated guest level above the service level, resulting in a more functional bar setting. This bar, featuring backlit stone, greets guests as they come aboard, setting the stage for a relaxed experience.

Further enhancing the exterior is the Portuguese deck, where a hi-lo table is placed within the sunbed, providing guests with an inviting spot for casual dining.

Interior Design

Maison Blanche's interior design has a refreshed palette of neutrals, creams, and blues, which resonate throughout the yacht's living spaces. Throughout Maison Blanche, the choice of materials, from natural stone to polished nickel and walnut wood, contributes to the yacht's interior environment.

The main salon features a cabinet that houses a lit wine cellar, visible behind glass doors. The integration of this element, alongside artful light fixtures, accentuates the space and creates an inviting atmosphere for social gatherings.

The dining area has been attentively addressed with the anticipated installation of a custom de Gournay wall panel, an art piece designed to enhance the ambiance with its painted, embroidered, and semi-precious stone-encrusted depiction of an underwater scene.

Accommodation

Maison Blanche provides an inviting environment for up to 12 guests, accommodated comfortably within six well-appointed suites.

The owner suite is a prominent feature of Maison Blanche's accommodation. This stately cabin offers a sanctuary for the yacht's owner, complete with a custom rug and a palette that complements the overall design ethos of the yacht.

Each guest room has been updated with Taj Mahal marble, with blue and green accents adding a touch of color to the neutral tones.

Maison Blanche also considers the necessity of crew accommodation, with the capacity to house up to 12 crew members. This provision ensures that the yacht operates smoothly and that guests receive attentive service, enhancing the luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V4000M90) 3,647hp engines, motor yacht Maison Blanche is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 73,320 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,900 nautical miles. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
