Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 331 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixth yacht built on the 37 Metre Yacht design. She was delivered to her owners in July 2009.
Exterior Design
Natural 9 is a 36.98m (121.3ft) Sunseeker 37M motor yacht which has a fast-planing profile with raised volume forward, so the yacht carries both presence and performance in equal measure.
The profile is angular and layered, with strong diagonal glazing cuts through the superstructure and a deep hull band that lowers the visual height. The bow is long and slightly flared, while the superstructure steps cleanly aft into tiered deck spaces. A contrasting hull colour paired with a white superstructure sharpens the lines further and gives the yacht a more defined stance on the water.
Deck spaces are arranged with clear separation between social zones. The foredeck is set up as a private lounge with sunpads and seating arranged around a central table, so it works as a sheltered retreat while underway or at anchor. The main deck aft provides a shaded dining area with direct access to the saloon, and wide side decks allow easy movement forward.
Above, the sundeck has been fully refurbished with new teak and now works as a primary outdoor space, with open areas for sunbathing and seating. The upper deck also carries additional lounge space with clear sightlines aft. At the stern, the beach club and swim platform provide direct water access, supported by a layout that allows tenders and toys to be handled without interrupting guest areas.
Interior Design
The interior of Natural 9 is designed by Sunseeker and reflects a more classic approach, with strong use of high-gloss wood joinery balanced by lighter soft furnishings. The recent refit has refreshed key areas while retaining the yacht’s original layout and structure.
The main saloon is arranged as a large, open social space. Deep sofas and armchairs are set around low tables, with seating oriented toward both conversation and the outside views through large side windows. The palette combines warm timber tones with neutral fabrics and darker accent pieces, which keeps the space grounded without feeling heavy.
Forward, the dining area is defined but still visually connected to the saloon. A large rectangular table is surrounded by upholstered chairs, and the surrounding joinery frames the space with built-in storage and decorative panels. Ceiling detailing with recessed lighting and timber inlays adds structure without overcomplicating the design.
The Sky Lounge is another highlight, offering a relaxed area with generous seating and a service bar, complete with refrigeration and an ice maker. Here, guests can enjoy sweeping views in a climate-controlled environment, with the option for alfresco experiences on the adjoining aft deck.
Accommodation
Natural 9 accommodates up to 11 guests across five staterooms, with a layout that balances owner space with flexible guest accommodation.
The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck and runs full beam. It includes a large bed, seating area and extensive storage, along with a standout bathroom arrangement. A steam shower is positioned to starboard, while a sauna sits to port, which is unusual for a yacht in this size range and adds a clear wellness element.
On the lower deck, four guest cabins complete the layout. These include a mix of 2 doubles and 2 twins, allowing the yacht to accommodate different guest groups, with an additional berth bringing total capacity to 11. Each cabin has its own en suite bathroom, finished with marble and consistent joinery detailing.
Crew accommodation for 8 is separate from guest areas, supporting smooth service onboard. With 331GT of internal volume, the layout provides enough space for extended cruising or charter use without compromising circulation between guest and crew zones.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M90) 2,735hp engines, motor yacht Natural 9 is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 28,600 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
