Flagship vessel of the British shipyard Pearl Yachts, the Pearl 95 has proved once again why she is one of the most recognised yachts in the British fleet. Obtaining the award for Interior Design in the Power Yacht Trophy category, the 29 metre yacht boasts an exceptional interior look and feel with an extensive contribution from renowned designer Kelly Hoppen.

Presented to the representative team of Pearl Yachts on the 24th May 2019, the prestigious award was rewarded during an elaborate ceremony in Venice. Now in its ninth edition, the International Yacht & Aviation Awards have become a fundamental event in the yachting calendar for recognising exceptional designs.

Although the Pearl 95 won an award in 2018 for Best Layout, this award looks more closely at the interior design element and the premium finish provided.

Available in three colour schemes of Studio, Taupe and Luxury, the interior options designed by Kelly Hoppen each have their own benefits and appeal to a broad range of owners and their guests.

“With the new Pearl 95 I wanted to bring back the traditional feel of yacht design, but mixing it with modern detailing to bring it into the 21st century. Using beautiful dark Tabu veneers throughout with metal band inlays, creates a feeling of modern-day luxury, with timeless elegance guiding you through the spaces.

The sporty look and feel of the Pearl 95 exteriors were created in collaboration with long term Pearl Yachts partner Bill Dixon, from Dixon Yacht Design. A semi raised pilothouse and deep V shaped hull provide an eye catching appeal which is then reflected on the interior thanks to the curated collection from award winning interior designer Kelly Hoppen.

Customisation of interiors impressed the judges in addition to the overall prestige feel of the three colour options. With big open spaces, innovative space solutions and one of a kind pieces of art there is plenty on offer for owners in regards to the provision of an indulgent and relaxing interior.

Up to 10 guests can be accommodated on board the Pearl 95 for overnight stays, with a further customisable option for a four or five cabin layout.
