Apreamare has announced the arrival of a new hallmark model, the Gozzo 38 Cabin. This luxury yacht, a testament to the evolution of design and craftsmanship, is set to make its grand debut in the spring of 2024.
With an innovative deckhouse, increased onboard space, and an extended bathing platform, the Apreamare Gozzo 38 Cabin draws inspiration from its predecessor, the Gozzo 35, and has been reimagined to meet the demands of modern yacht owners who crave year-round navigational comfort and spacious interior living.
The Gozzo 38 Cabin's deckhouse serves as the centerpiece of its design innovation. With a longer bathing platform, extended by 25cm over the Gozzo 35, the yacht's total length reaches 11.45m (37.6ft), offering more space for leisure and entertainment. Giovanni Aprea, the sales manager of Apreamare, has emphasized that the new model caters to those seeking protection and interior habitability, ensuring comfortable navigation in any weather condition.
With a vision that extends beyond the Mediterranean charm, the Gozzo 38 Cabin is crafted to conquer the seas of Northern Europe and the grand American lakes, without neglecting its historical significance in Turkish waters. This global appeal is a testament to its versatile design and seafaring capabilities.
The yacht's conception is the result of a collaboration between the skilled Marco Casali and Umberto Tagliavini, who have taken the best-selling features of the Gozzo 35 and transformed them into a model that stands ready to journey through all seasons. The new deckhouse design, characterized by its sinuous and enveloping structure, retains the open version's refinement and the iconic look of the Sorrentine gozzo.
The elegant deckhouse is not just about aesthetics; it offers a sense of deep protection, with a partly enclosed cockpit and perimeter windows that fill the lounge with light and provide a panoramic view. The yacht's interior is seamlessly connected to the exterior by a four-panel glass door, blending a large communal space with the privacy of the cabins.
Onboard, you'll find a functional kitchen, an L-shaped dinette, and a helm station, all designed for gatherings. The exterior does not disappoint either, featuring generous stern platforms, a bow sundeck, a six-person L-shaped sofa in the cockpit with a retractable table, and spacious lateral gangways.
Below the deck, the focus is on maximizing habitability with a two-cabin, one-head layout. The design allows for a more spacious bathroom and shower area, as well as a wider guest cabin amidships, which now accommodates a large bed with a 140cm width at the headboard.
Prospective owners can choose between twin Volvo Penta D4-270 DPI or D4-320 DPI stern drive configurations, or the traditional setup with Volvo Penta D4-320 shaft drives. This selection ensures that the yacht's performance is as customizable as its luxurious appointments.
With its spacious design and year-round navigational capabilities, the Gozzo 38 Cabin is sure to become a coveted vessel upon its launch in the spring of 2024.
