Scheduled to debut on February 16-20 2022, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and Informa Markets have merged three separate Miami-based shows to showcase one incredible event branded under Discover Boating.
Said to be continuing with the established Miami International Boat Show name, the three events being merged into one are the Miami International Boat Show, the Miami Yacht Show and Superyacht Miami.
In addition to the newfound simplicity of the yacht show name, there's also some big changes to locations in store for 2022.
Declaring the 'organization are incredibly grateful to the city of Miami for providing a home for our show these last five years at the Miami Marine Stadium and Park', Hugelmeyer confirms that there will no longer be a show presence at the Miami Marine Stadium on Virginia Key. Instead, the show looks to move to downtown Miami and Miami Beach.
As it currently stands, off-water exhibits are planned to display at the Miami Beach Convention Center, whereas on-water segments of the new show will be viewed at the Sea Isle Marina, One Herald Plaza and Yacht Haven Grande Miami at Island Gardens.
With NMMA’s new partnership with Informa Markets, together, we'll take the show to the next level and deliver an unforgettable experience for decades to come.

With Informa set to manage the show, and NMMA working on guidance and logistics, the firms are opening up a joint office in Miami to manage the new take on the Miami International Boat Show. Informa and the NMMA are also due to work collaboratively on events in Florida, plus the NMMA’s Tampa Boat Show and Informa’s St. Petersburg Power and Sailboat Show.
