The 56 was built in Britain by Princess making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 18.11m/59'5" flybridge boat built from GRP can sleep up to six guests in three cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.
The models in this range were production for over 15 years, so you can be assured that each Princess 56 was built on a proven platform of success. Production of the first generation Princess 56 started in 1995 and ran for over 7 years. The second and final generation Princess 56 went into production in 2012.
Performance
The latest generation can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 32 knots via its twin 705hp Caterpillar C12 ACERT E03 engines. By comparison, the Mk2 has comparable performance to its predecessor, with no difference between their cruising speeds.
