Although it doesn't have a balcony on the port side, the sliding boarding gate and drop-down backrest can be arranged into a sun pad. There's also a pop-out sunshade so you don't fry in the sun.
On deck, the asymmetric design favours the starboard side, lining up with the side door for easy access. The sunbathing space and small table up front are a treat, making the most of the foredeck space. The flybridge isn't particularly big, but Jeanneau has packed in a grill, wet bar, and seating area. The two-way backrest can make up part of the dinette or a double navigator's bench. The single helm seat is a commanding position, with optional bow thruster and twin throttles, all well within reach.
Inside, the galley has a pop-up bar area and reasonable storage, but no domestic-size fridge freezer. You'll have to make do with two large cooling drawers instead. De Antonio 42 Open
$929,026
The De Antonio 42 Open might look like a standard walk-around T-top, but it's different. Made in Poland by a Spanish company, this boat hides a surprise: three 400hp Mercury V10 outboards tucked under the sun pad. With the engines boxed in like this, it should cut noise and maximise deck space. You get the perks of outboard propulsion without losing the full-width bathing platform and engine access.
The central dinette features twin tables that open up for plenty of seating - great for on-board lunches. It's right next to the wet bar, which comes with a cooktop, sink, and cooling storage, making hosting straightforward.
At the helm, you've got a few engine options, but the triple 400s steal the show reaching 47-48 knots. The helm has triple bolstered seats and an upright dash with carbon fibre touches. Adjustable for comfort at any height, and the deep windscreen keeps you protected during the ride.
Head forward, and you'll find a sunbathing paradise equipped with speakers and cup holders. Below deck, the surprises keep coming. The accommodation is roomy and high-quality. The forward double cabin offers privacy with its sliding door, while the bathroom shines with a teak-laid floor and generous headroom.
Amidships, the yacht avoids cramming in berths and instead, there's a chill-out zone. The air conditioning is a cool escape from above decks, and the benches convert into a berth if needed.
Reasons to Buy
- Full-width bathing platform
- Walk-around deck
- Spacious dinette area
Things to Consider
- Cramped cabin

The deck caters to fishing with rod holders, a bait well, and loads of open space for all the gear. But it's not just a fishing space - there's a little bit of comfort as well with flip-up bench seating at both ends.
At the helm, triple seats with bolsters and armrests offer the same familiar flexibility so you can sit or stand. The fully enclosed area, with the windscreen meeting the T-top, keeps you well-protected from the elements. Joystick control for those three engines and an optional bow thruster are good for slow-speed manoeuvring.
The bow is a seriously cool living space. Seating with pop-out backrests can become a chaise lounge, ideal for laid-back cruising. SAY 42
$1,010,000
The SAY 42 is a boat with an all-carbon fibre build that really stands out at the show with its bright orange paint job - you can choose any colour you'd like though. This performance machine has a pair of 430hp petrol V8 engines, propelling it to a top speed of 43 knots. Choose the Ilmore engine option, and you're looking at an impressive 60 knots - matching the speed of the Pursuit S378.
On deck, the SAY 42 has plenty to enjoy. A massive sunbathing area lifts up to reveal the engines, which run on stern drives. This setup is super-efficient and incredibly light, with the entire package weighing in at under 10,000lb- remarkable for a 42-foot boat. Moving forward, you'll find some protection under a stubby T-top, with an extended canopy providing shade over the sun pad. The amidships dinette features a table that drops down, allowing it to convert into another sun pad. The carbon fibre detailing, highlighted against the orange and complemented by plenty of teak, looks wonderful.
Positioned in a cosy cockpit is the helm station with full suspension seats; again carbon fibre. Thin but incredibly comfortable. They slide forward and back and swivel to face different directions. The sporty driving position, with throttles set nice and high and a low windscreen, is designed for seated driving.
While accommodation isn't the primary focus, the SAY 42 does still have a small berth below deck. The space benefits from natural light thanks to the lots glass, and there's a separate bathroom included. It's not the main attraction, but it's a nice bonus for those overnight stays.
Reasons to Buy
- All carbon fibre build
- Efficient stern drives
- 43 knot top speed
Things to Consider
- Low windscreen
- Quite thin seats
