The yacht has fantastic design features, such as the sliding seat at the back, drop balconies on both sides, and the extendable table. A particular highlight is the cantilever seating arrangement that can transform from a lounge area to forward-facing seating behind the helm. This arrangement allows for a comfortable ride for all passengers while cruising and then easily transitions to a social setting when the yacht is stationary.

The Galeon 375 GTO also includes a wet bar, a barbecue, and a sink. There is a big fridge and some storage space with a bin. Galeon yachts are highly customizable, with options to change the floor, the upholstery, and the interior woodwork.

The helm seats are power-adjusted like in a luxury car, with multifunction display across the helm that can be set up according to preference. The boat also has a massive opening roof section, offering the option of tinted glass panels for extra light.

In the lower deck bow area, there is ample seating - a perfect quiet spot away from any noise at the back of the boat. Also showcased is the cabin area, which includes a microwave, another fridge, and seating that can be made into a bed. There's a separate shower stall in the toilet area and additional sleeping area at the back.

The engines are found interesting as they act like a pod, the top parts stay fixed while the bottom parts move. Also highlighted is that these engines can be fully tilted to be completely clear of the water. The Galeon 375 GTO is capable of reaching speeds of up to 52 knots, and it can cruise very comfortably at 40 knots.

The yacht has a standard configuration of triple 300 horsepower Mercury engines, but the option to upgrade to twin 600 horsepower V12s for those desiring serious speed.

Overall, Nick seems very impressed with the Galeon 375 GTO, especially for its party and social features, power options, and customizability. However, he makes it clear that it's not a boat for those looking for extended cruising or living facilities.
