The Galeon 510 Skydeck features a hi-lo platform designed for lifting a tender or jet ski. The platform has a 500 kilogram lift, and the steps conveniently transform into a staircase leading to the water when the platform is lowered. Pointed out is a storage garage underneath the platform, which can accommodate a Williams mini jet.

The boat has clever design features, such as the foldable backrests that can turn into a viewing platform, the adjustable temperature fridges that can also function as freezers, and the transformable seating area and sliding panel that reveals a hidden bar. Also admired is the eucalyptus wood finish and the yacht's dropped balconies, which are describes as "fabulous".

The most exciting feature of the Galeon 510 Skydeck, however, is its hidden "Skydeck". With the push of a button, a cover slides open to reveal a flybridge, complete with a fully functional helm and seating area. This ingenious design allows the yacht to transform from a sports cruiser into a flybridge in a matter of minutes, a feature found to be absolutely brilliant.

The yacht is packed with storage, from the large storage space under the seats to the numerous drawers in the bar area, and even includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The seating area around the table, which can also become a day bed, is another particularly clever feature.

The Galeon 510 Skydeck has a helm with a sliding roof for an open feeling and a secondary helm that can be cleverly transformed into a part of the saloon when not in use. The boat's smart design and attention to detail is emphasized, from the glass panels in the ceiling of the VIP guest cabin to the separate shower area in the owner's cabin.

In the engine room, the yacht houses a pair of Volvo Penta D11-725s. These engines can propel the boat to over 30 knots, with a cruising speed of 24 to 25 knots. The engine room is decently sized and well-organized, with easy access to vital components.

Overall, Nick is impressed with the Galeon 510 Skydeck's clever design, attention to detail, and the sheer amount of features packed into its 50-foot structure. From its convertible features to its ample storage and powerful engines, the Galeon 510 Skydeck is a yacht that certainly leaves a strong impression.
