Asian Marine & Boating Awards 2018

The Asian Marine & Boating Awards 2018 took place on 26 April, with the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) hosting the awards.

The home to the world’s second-tallest tower, and many other neck-craning structures - Shanghai in China welcomed back the Asian Marine & Yachting Awards for another glistening gala.

Hosted at the SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre), some of the most prominent figures in the superyachting world were welcomed as they competed for a total of 13 awards ranging from Best Motor Yacht Under 55 feet to Best Sports or Leisure Fishing Boat.

Honouring outstanding yachts from across Asia, the 2018 awards saw some memorable moments, including Beneteau winning two accolades during the evening.

The French brand won Best Sailing Boat over 40ft for the Oceanis Yacht 62 and Best Brand Penetration in Asia.
