Bombay is a 163'5" motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Benetti in 2016. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Benetti.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 30'5" beam and a 8'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 487 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in mid 2013 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Breeze'. This was the second yacht built on the FB800 Series design. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in October 2016.

Accommodation

Bombay offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 12-cylinder 1,600hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Bombay is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 16,379 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

In addition, Bombay features a beach club where those on board can enjoy unwinding close to the water. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Bombay also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
