The 28.36m motor yacht Dumb Ass was delivered to her owners in 2024 by Taiwanese shipyard Johnson Yachts. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Dixon Yacht Design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.18m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 95 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in August 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Accommodation
Dumb Ass offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 Acert) 1,925hp engines, motor yacht Dumb Ass is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
