Design & Construction

Designed around a deep vee GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.77m beam and a 1.97m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks.

This was the second yacht built on the Y95 design.

Exterior Design

Distinguished by its sporty profile, Exit Strategy offers expansive deck space for outdoor enjoyment while maintaining a sophisticated and spacious interior.

At the stern, the yacht features a large, hydraulic swim platform, capable of submerging to facilitate water access or resting flush with the swim platform. This platform is equipped with a built-in shower and provides direct access to the transom door leading to the beach club area.

The cockpit area includes an alfresco dining setup with row seating and a conveniently located bar. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the main salon, allowing natural light to flood the interior while providing panoramic views of the surroundings.

The yacht's galley is fitted with a substantial refrigeration wall, including four freezer drawers and two refrigerator drawers, complemented by a wine fridge and pantry storage. High-end appliances from brands such as Wolf, recognized for their quality and reliability, are installed throughout the kitchen area.

Moving to the upper deck, the design focuses on an open layout with free-standing furniture, customizable to owner preferences. The flybridge offers additional alfresco dining options, a secondary helm station with retractable screens, and further lounging areas.

The bow features extensive sun pads, integrated cup holders, and a dedicated seating area with an ice chest, enhancing the outdoor experience for guests.

Interior Design

The main salon features large floor-to-ceiling windows that permit an abundance of natural light. The window treatments are practical and can be adjusted to control the light level according to the time of day or preference.

Wood plays a significant role in the design ethos of the yacht, with various wood combinations available for customization. The satin walnut finish is a prevalent choice, offering a subdued yet elegant appearance that complements the yacht's overall aesthetic. This finish is available in both satin and gloss, providing options for a more personalized touch.

The dining area within the main salon is strategically positioned to encourage social interaction, with a dining table that serves as a central gathering point for guests. The area is further enhanced by another bar setup, complete with a sink, ice maker, and refrigerator, offering convenience and functionality for entertaining.

The helm station is equipped with modern navigational technology, including Garmin multifunction displays and multiple bonding screens for comprehensive monitoring of the yacht's systems. The helm seats are finished with intricate stitching, adding a touch of sophistication to the practical space. A small L-shaped seating area with a coffee table offers additional space for relaxation or casual meetings.

The galley is appointed with high-end Wolf appliances, speaking to the yacht's commitment to quality and reliability. It features a substantial wall of refrigeration, wine fridge, integrated dishwasher, and ample pantry storage. The L-shaped configuration allows for efficient movement within the space, while the side access door provides practicality for crew movement and service.

Accommodation

Exit Strategy accommodates up to eight guests in four well-appointed cabins, each designed to provide a serene and comfortable experience at sea.

The owner suite, located on the main deck, is a sanctuary that offers panoramic views through expansive windows, enhancing the connection with the open seas. It includes a king-sized bed, a private seating area, and a dedicated entertainment system. The suite's amenities are rounded off with a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, heated towel rack, and heated floor for additional comfort.

Below deck, guests will find three additional cabins, each meticulously crafted to meet the same high standards of comfort and style. The VIP cabin rivals the owner suite in terms of space and luxury, boasting a full-beam layout, a large bed, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom with high-contrast finishes and heated elements that echo the masterful design of the owner suite. The VIP cabin could, by some standards, be considered an additional owner suite.

Two more cabins are situated adjacent to the VIP quarters. Configured with twin beds that can be converted into doubles, these cabins offer flexibility for guests. Each comes with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The detailed design elements and finishes in these guest areas maintain the highest quality that is synonymous with the Princess brand.

Crew accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that the service onboard Exit Strategy meets the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. With space for up to five crew members, the crew quarters include bunk beds, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated mess area that doubles as a beach club when not in use by the crew. Ensuites are provided for both the bunk and captain's cabin, featuring practical amenities and finishes that ensure durability and ease of maintenance.

Performance & Capabilities

Exit Strategy is powered by twin MAN V12 engines, each delivering a substantial 2000 horsepower. This powerful setup enables the yacht to reach a brisk top speed of 26 knots. For extended cruising, the yacht displays an impressive range. While traveling at high cruising speeds in the teens, owners can expect a range of approximately 350 nautical miles. However, when the yacht is navigated at a more conservative speed of 8 knots, the range can significantly extend to between 1800 and 2000 nautical miles, depending on conditions and load.

The yacht's performance is further refined by its stability systems, ensuring both comfort and safety for guests and crew alike. Whether at anchor or underway, these systems contribute to a smoother and more pleasant experience on the water.
