Delivered in 2009, Gems II is a 132'10" motor yacht built by Tamsen Yachts. Tamsen Yachts is responsible for the complete look and feel of the superyacht, having created the interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 28'3" beam and a 5'5" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 358 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Accommodation
Gems II offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,400hp engines, motor yacht Gems II is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 8,718 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,543 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Gems II also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
