Design & Construction
Designed around a planing aluminium hull and an aluminium / grp superstructure she features a 30'6" beam and a 5'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 496 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
High Occupancy features a raked bow that contributes to its sleek profile and efficient movement through the water. The deck is constructed from teak, providing durability and a classic nautical aesthetic. The hull is painted in a dark blue shade, which contrasts with the white superstructure, giving the yacht a clean and modern appearance. The boot top is colored red, adding a distinctive touch above the blue below the waterline. The hull finish is smooth and painted, enhancing both the visual appeal and protective qualities of the vessel.
The aft deck area offers practical seating arrangements that are suitable for relaxation and social gatherings. The side decks are equipped with wing stations, which are essential for docking and maneuvering the vessel. These stations allow the crew to have a clear view of the yacht's perimeter, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The bow area is dedicated to toy storage, including jet skis and a crane for easy deployment. This setup is both practical and convenient for water-based activities.
On the aft bridge deck, freestanding furniture offers flexibility in arrangement. A large table with the yacht's logo sits prominently, and a tender can be released into the water using the crane situated behind the bench seating. This area can be reconfigured to accommodate additional water toys or another tender if needed.
Ascending to the sun deck, you'll find a jacuzzi and a day head with a full shower. The U-shaped seating area with a bimini top provides a shaded spot for relaxation. Additional seating with removable shades offers another comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors.
Interior Design
The main foyer onboard High Occupancy is accessible through mirrored entrances on opposite sides and centers around a spiral staircase. The foyer leads to the main salon, which offers ample seating areas and a bar. This space also includes additional dining areas and connects to a formal dining room that can accommodate 12 guests.
The yacht's interior underwent a refit in 2013 and 2020, incorporating new carpet throughout. The media room stands out with its dark wood finishes and a large television. This room is versatile, capable of being converted into a sixth stateroom with a pull-out queen bed, its own ensuite, and a closet.
The design makes efficient use of the yacht's beam of over 30 feet, providing spacious interior areas. The formal dining room is adjacent to the galley and crew areas, which blend into the main corridor leading back to the foyer.
The guest rooms are located down the main staircase, each equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Notably, some guest rooms include full-size tubs, an uncommon feature for yachts of this class. The VIP cabins offer more space and amenities, such as king-size beds, extensive closet space, and well-appointed showers.
Throughout the yacht, practical design elements are combined with high-quality materials to create a comfortable and visually pleasing environment. The bridge area includes an office space and a sound station with seating. The captain's cabin, located nearby, ensures quick access for crew operations.
Accommodation
High Occupancy offers versatile and spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests distributed across 5+1 staterooms. The yacht's interior layout includes five primary guest staterooms, with an additional media room that can be converted into a sixth stateroom, providing ample space for large groups or extended families.
The master suite is situated on the main deck and spans the full beam of the yacht. This expansive suite includes a centrally placed king-sized bed, a wall of closets and additional drawer space. The ensuite bathroom features a large tub, a toilet, a bidet, and a walk-in closet with abundant hanging and drawer space.
The primary guest accommodation is located on the lower deck. Here, you will find four main guest cabins being two twin cabins and two VIP cabins. The twin cabins come complete with ensuite facilities that include full-size tubs, a rare luxury for cabins of this type. The two VIP cabins have king-size beds, extensive closet space, and ensuite bathrooms with spacious shower stalls.
The media room can be transformed into an additional stateroom, offering a pull-out queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a closet. This flexible space allows High Occupancy to have a high occupancy and increase its guest capacity to 14, making it ideal for larger parties or those requiring extra sleeping arrangements.
High Occupancy is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard, ensuring a high level of service and maintenance for guests. The captain's cabin is located near the bridge, providing quick access to navigation and operational areas.
