Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7.1m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 240 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Designed by Broward, Kashmir exhibits a traditional profile, with lines that speak to a rich maritime heritage. The yacht's structure maximizes accommodation, stretching the saloon to the full breadth of the boat, thereby offering expansive interior space. Kashmir's exterior is completed by a range of navigational and communication equipment, ensuring that the vessel is as capable as it is inviting.

On the bow, the yacht is equipped with practical anchor handling gear, complemented by a speaker system that serves a dual purpose for both work and entertainment. The sunbathing area atop provides a generous space for relaxation and enjoyment under the sky.

The Kashmir's exterior walkways are wide and provide easy access around the vessel, facilitating movement for both guests and crew. Side access doors offer additional entry points, convenient when the yacht is docked alongside a quay.

Moving to the aft deck, the space is noticeably large, supporting a variety of activities from social gatherings to quiet contemplation of the surrounding waters. The bathing platform at the stern extends the yacht's living space, allowing direct contact with the sea.

The flybridge, accessible via an automatically powered door, presents an additional helm station flanked by ample seating. The area under the hardtop is adaptable; the side screens can be removed to create an open-air experience or left in place for a more sheltered environment. The space includes a well-appointed bar, dining area, and entertainment systems, culminating in a hot tub and a substantial barbecue grill.

The boat deck above is engineered to accommodate a tender and jet skis, supported by a formidable crane system. The deck space is substantial, reflecting the yacht's overall emphasis on both form and function.

Kashmir's presence on the water is marked by a balance of practicality and a nod to traditional yacht design.

Interior Design

The expansive saloon extends to the edges of the vessel, offering a generous volume of space. The interior finish is notable, with a combination of marble surfaces and dark wood accents that complement the overall design. The large windows contribute to a well-lit environment, enhancing the natural light that floods the interior.

The dining area is structured to accommodate guests with ample seating, positioned to allow for ease of conversation and an enjoyable dining experience. Adjacent to the dining area is the galley, designed with functionality in mind. It includes extensive refrigeration and storage solutions, ensuring provisions are well-kept and easily accessible. The galley is equipped to cater to extended voyages, reflecting the yacht's capability for long-term cruising.

The helm is outfitted with multifunction displays, allowing for comprehensive control and navigation of the yacht. The radar, ship system, and camera system are all integrated into this space, providing the necessary tools for safe and efficient voyaging. The absence of a traditional wheel, replaced by rudder and thruster controls along with engine controls, signifies the modernity of the vessel's navigation systems.

Accommodation

Accommodating up to twelve guests, Kashmir offers a generous layout with six well-appointed cabins. The vessel features a full-beam owner's suite located on the main deck, which provides guests with a spacious and private retreat. This suite boasts large windows, an extensive bathroom with mirrored sinks on both sides, and includes dressing closets, effectively serving as walk-in wardrobes. The attention to detail is evident in the choice of dark wood and marble finishes that elevate the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the space.

Below deck, the yacht houses an additional five guest cabins. A VIP cabin at the front mimics the standard of the owner's suite, with substantial space, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. Adjacent to the VIP cabin is a single cabin, which also provides an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for the occupant.

Further aft, there are two more cabins, each featuring a comfortable size, significant wardrobe space, and complete audio-visual equipment. The en-suite bathrooms maintain the yacht's consistency in luxury with full showers. Another two cabins, outfitted with single beds, include en-suite bathrooms as well, ensuring that each guest has access to private facilities.

Crew accommodation for up to seven is found in a separate section of the yacht, ensuring privacy for both guests and crew members. The crew area includes four cabins, each with en-suite facilities, providing comfortable living quarters for those who operate and maintain the vessel. The captain's cabin is also located in this area, ensuring the captain is readily available to oversee the safe and smooth operation of Kashmir.
