The 43.6m motor yacht Latiko was delivered to her owners in 2014 by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Stefano Righini, while her interiors are the work of Zuretti.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.26m beam and a 2.72m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 456 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the seventeenth yacht built on the Vision 145' design. Launched in May 2014 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2014.

Exterior Design

Latiko offers a practical and functional exterior design, featuring a large swim platform and garage that can be converted into a beach club when water toys are in use. The yacht includes wide side decks on both the port and starboard sides, allowing for easy movement across different areas. The aft deck is equipped with built-in seating, a table, and loose chairs, accommodating up to 12 people for dining or relaxing. Stairs from the main deck aft lead directly to the bridge deck’s lounging area.

The sundeck is designed to support various activities. It includes a Jacuzzi that seats eight adults, a dining table for ten, and a bar with an ice maker, sink, and refrigerator. There is also a built-in forward-facing settee with cocktail tables. Shade is provided by two large umbrellas and a canopy.

On the aft bridge deck, a main dining table is complemented by glass doors that can open 270 degrees to the outside, offering adaptability for different weather conditions. Additional seating is provided by a built-in settee with cocktail tables.

The wheelhouse exterior features wing stations for docking assistance and a Portuguese bridge that offers direct access to the bow, ensuring efficient navigation and management by the crew.

Accommodation

The yacht Latiko offers refined accommodation tailored to host up to 10 guests across five suites.

The owner's suite, positioned on the main deck forward, provides expansive 180-degree forward-facing views. This suite is complemented by a private exterior lounge and sunbed area, offering a serene retreat. The master stateroom boasts dual bathrooms: the starboard-side bathroom features a shower and bidet, while the port-side bathroom offers an extra-large bath with Jacuzzi jets, a makeup vanity, and a bidet. Both are adorned with Italian marble, ensuring a sophisticated environment. The suite is completed with a large walk-through wardrobe, a smaller walk-in wardrobe, and an adjacent private office equipped with a desk, chairs, TV, and storage.

Guest accommodation is situated on the lower deck, where four staterooms are available. The aft section hosts two identical VIP suites, each with queen-sized beds, entertainment systems, and large port lights that allow ample natural light. The VIP bathrooms are appointed with showers, bidets, and Italian marble finishes. Further forward are two twin-bed suites, each featuring a Pullman berth, desk, and entertainment systems. These suites also have bathrooms with showers, bidets, and are finished in Italian marble, complemented by large port lights for enhanced lighting.

For the crew, Latiko is designed to ensure efficient service with accommodation for up to nine members. The captain's quarters, located aft of the pilothouse on the starboard side, include a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, and an A/V entertainment system. 

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 12-cylinder 1,300hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Latiko is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 60,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,900 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Latiko also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
