Launched in February 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2018.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of the Latona yacht is characterized by its distinctive turquoise hull, which changes shades with the light and reflections on the water. Measuring 50 meters in length, the yacht features a displacement hull with a bulbous bow, made from steel, while the superstructure is constructed from aluminum.

The main deck's cockpit includes a swimming pool with a mosaic that reflects the hull's turquoise hues, allowing light to filter through to the beach area below. Above, the sun deck offers a dining area equipped with water vapor nebulizers, a barbecue, and a bar. This space also includes a solarium with a jacuzzi and four sunbeds, providing a private retreat.

The beach club expands out for sunbathing, with steps leading down to a bar and gym, and a float in tender garage, clad in turquoise mosaic. A jet ski is housed in the technical area of the bow.

The design of the Latona draws inspiration from the Art Nouveau era, reflected in the exterior's smooth lines and shapes. The combination of turquoise shades and classic design elements creates a visual experience that is both modern and rooted in artistic tradition.

M/Y Latona showcases a turquoise hull with Art Nouveau lines, boasting a displacement design for smooth and efficient cruising.

Interior Design

The interior design of the yacht Latona reflects a careful blend of classic influences and modern craftsmanship. The flooring across all decks features a distinctive dark brown embellishment, which is consistently integrated into the marble surfaces, carpets, and curvilinear handrails. This attention to detail extends to the spiral staircase, which connects three decks and is built around a central wooden column enveloped in silver leaf.

The main salon serves as a venue for formal gatherings, centered around a circular walnut table surrounded by chairs with floral motifs. The room is adorned with original period accessories, such as the Giorini lamp, and the ceiling features mirror inlays. Full-height sliding glass windows enhance the space, providing expansive views and access to side terraces.

Throughout the yacht, the Liberty style is evident in the handcrafted furnishings and decorations. Lacquered doors with precious bas-reliefs and silver-pickled wainscoting exemplify this design approach. Murano glass lamps, inspired by nature with floral and leaf motifs, further highlight the artisanal craftsmanship involved.

The wheelhouse is designed for efficient navigation while maintaining a coherent aesthetic with the rest of the vessel. The captain's office, located nearby, provides a workspace that aligns with the yacht's overall design ethos.

The lounges and salons on Latona combine functionality with elegance, employing high-quality materials and thoughtful design. The use of walnut, velvet, and intricate woodwork create an atmosphere that is both inviting and refined, making each area a comfortable space for relaxation or socializing.

Accommodation

The Latona yacht offers accommodation for up to 10 guests across five cabins, providing a comfortable and private experience for all aboard. The owner's suite, situated on the main deck, is not merely a sleeping area but a sophisticated living space. It includes a separate entrance and living room featuring a curved sofa, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a period villa. The suite is adorned with intricate handmade details, including a walnut and velvet headboard, white wool and silk carpet, and unique lighting fixtures that add to the refined atmosphere. The suite also includes a double bathroom with a jacuzzi and a central shower, featuring Calcutta gold and Carrara marble finishes.

On the lower deck, there are four additional guest cabins. Towards the stern are two double VIP cabins, each with wood paneling and a design theme that echoes the sea. Towards the bow, there are two more cabins; one is designed for children, equipped with a bunk bed and a foldaway bed for a nanny, while the other can be configured with sliding beds that form either a double bed or bunk beds. Each cabin is complemented by a private bathroom.

The yacht also accommodates nine crew members, ensuring high-quality service and care for all guests on board.
