Natural 9 is a 36.9m motor yacht delivered by British shipyard Sunseeker in 2009. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Don Shead Yacht Design, while Sunseeker is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 331 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixth yacht built on the 37 Metre Yacht design. She was delivered to her owners in July 2009.
Exterior Design
A notable feature of the exterior is the generous bow lounge area, which is furnished with sun pads and bench seating, arranged to encourage social interaction. The foredeck also houses the anchoring equipment, neatly integrated into the design and lined with teak for a touch of elegance and practicality.
Moving aft, the side decks of the yacht lead to a spacious aft deck area, designed for relaxation and entertainment. This area features robust and well-crafted doors that transition smoothly into the main salon. The yacht’s stern incorporates a garage, partially revealed to display its capacity to store jet skis and additional water toys, showcasing the yacht's emphasis on leisure activities.
The upper decks are equally well-appointed, with a sky lounge aft deck offering alfresco dining options and a sundeck that provides versatile outdoor living spaces, including a bar, loungers, and a hot tub, all designed to maximize the enjoyment of the yacht's outdoor experience.
Interior Design
The main salon presents a welcoming space, featuring a sociable seating arrangement that encourages interaction among guests. The natural light entering through the expansive windows enhances the subtle color palette and complements the rich woodwork that characterizes the yacht's design. For entertainment, a concealed television emerges on demand, offering a modern touch to the classic ambiance.
Transitioning seamlessly from the main salon, the formal dining area stands ready to host elegant meals. The environment is conducive to both casual breakfasts and formal dinners, supported by a nearby full-service galley. The galley itself is equipped with professional-grade appliances, including Wolf ovens and ample refrigeration, set within a practical layout that allows for efficient meal preparation and service. A central island provides additional workspace, while a side door facilitates discreet crew access.
The helm is a testament to modern navigation and control, featuring a comprehensive suite of electronics and dual captain's chairs. Wrapped in the same high-quality wood finish found throughout the yacht, the helm station is both functional and aesthetically aligned with the vessel's overall design ethos. Adjacent to the helm, the captain's quarters offer a high standard of comfort, reflecting the thoughtful consideration given to all areas of the yacht.
The Sky Lounge is another highlight, offering a relaxed area with generous seating and a service bar, complete with refrigeration and an ice maker. Here, guests can enjoy sweeping views in a climate-controlled environment, with the option for alfresco experiences on the adjoining aft deck.
Accommodation
Natural 9 offers a refined accommodation experience for up to 10 guests in five well-appointed cabins. The owner's suite is situated on the main deck. It features sophisticated woodwork, a sizable entertainment system, and an expansive ensuite bathroom with both a double vanity and a full-size shower. An additional amenity in the owner's suite is a built-in sauna, a rare and impressive feature for a yacht of this caliber.
Guests can retire to four additional cabins, each carefully designed to maximize comfort and privacy. Two VIP cabins boast angled beds to optimize the view through the windows, ample closet space, and ensuites with double vanities and large walk-in showers. A cabin with twin beds, which can be combined into a larger bed if desired, includes an ensuite with all the necessary facilities. Another twin cabin features a Pullman berth to accommodate an 11th guest, along with a similar arrangement of entertainment options and ensuite amenities.
Natural 9 also offers dedicated crew quarters, ensuring that the service onboard is as seamless as the waves it navigates. The crew accommodation includes a U-shaped seating area, galley with modern appliances, and laundry facilities, signifying that every aspect of the yacht's operation is catered for with the utmost consideration.
Performance & Capabilities
The engine room of Natural 9 houses a pair of MTU 12V4000 M90 engines, each delivering a substantial 2735 horsepower. This impressive propulsion system allows the yacht to achieve a top speed of approximately 22 knots. For more moderate cruising, a speed of 16 knots is sustainable, giving the vessel a range of around 1000 nautical miles. It is worth noting that by reducing the speed to a more leisurely pace, the range can be significantly extended, offering flexible voyage planning based on the captain's discretion and passenger requirements.
Natural 9's mechanical design is complemented by the inclusion of advanced stabilizers, which serve to ensure comfort and stability while at sea or anchored. These stabilizers are integral to the yacht's performance, mitigating the roll of the vessel and enhancing the on-board experience for guests.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Natural 9 also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
