Delivered in 2020, Debra One is an award winning 40.8m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by RWD, while Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture has designed her interiors.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.5m beam and a 2.14m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 386 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2018. This was the first yacht built on the Oasis 40M design. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in September 2020.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of SeaGreen is straightforward yet striking. Developed in collaboration with RWD, the yacht features a plumb bow and clean lines giving a contemporary look that prioritizes functionality and connection with the sea. The hull is made from vinylester resin composite, with some components constructed from carbon fiber, ensuring durability and performance.
One of the standout features is the open aft deck, which provides direct access to the water. The foldable wings near the stern expand the lounging area at water level, creating additional space for relaxation. This design choice aims to enhance the outdoor living experience, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings.
The yacht's two-tone paint scheme in silver shades visually elevates its voluminous structure, which includes four decks. Chrome accents around the portholes add a subtle touch of sophistication without overwhelming the overall design. The sundeck is equipped with practical amenities such as a spa pool, dining area for 12, a barbecue, and a bar with stools, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and entertainment.
Interior Design
The interior design of SeaGreen reflects a focus on light, space, and natural materials. The walls throughout the main and upper saloons are finished in a piano-quality white lacquer, which helps reflect light and enhance the sense of openness. The accent materials include rosewood and teak, providing a cohesive and natural feel to the spaces.
In the main saloon, the wide, full-height windows and doors open up to the infinity terrace, creating an uninterrupted flow of space that can comfortably entertain large groups. The focal point in this area is a bar on the far inside wall, complemented by curvy sofas and low cocktail tables. The upper saloon, used as a TV lounge on SeaGreen, continues this theme with large windows and teak flooring.
The helm station is a high-tech environment featuring a cognac leather captain’s chair and instruments by Seastema. The walls here are finished in midnight blue matt lacquer, and the space includes a dark blue leather banquette and a rosewood desk. The captain's chair, made of carbon, integrates built-in commands and touchscreens, enhancing operational efficiency.
In the lounges and saloons, the materials chosen include pleated leather for headboards and ceilings, and santos rosewood trim for the walls, which are covered in linen-clad panels.
Accommodation
SeaGreen offers accommodation for up to 10 guests across five well-appointed cabins.
The master suite, located on the main deck, spans the full beam of the yacht and features large, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the room. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, a lounge area, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is finished with Calacatta Vagli marble and features dark bronze fittings from Fantini, enhancing the refined yet comfortable ambiance.
In addition to the master suite, SeaGreen includes four guest cabins situated on the lower deck. Each cabin is designed to maximize comfort and privacy, offering en-suite bathrooms and ample storage space. The cabins are decorated with a combination of high-gloss white lacquer and Santos rosewood trims, ensuring a cohesive and elegant design throughout the yacht.
SeaGreen also provides accommodation for a professional crew of up to seven.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1400) 12-cylinder 1,400hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Debra One is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 50,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a generous beach club offers direct access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down. Debra One also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
