Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.26m beam and a 2.72m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 443 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifth yacht built on the Vision 145' design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
The sundeck is a key feature, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The strategic placement of the hot tub towards the aft section, combined with surrounding sun pads and a movable Tucci umbrella, maximizes the area for leisure activities. The design also incorporates a dedicated space for an outdoor pizza maker and a cockpit seating area, providing a casual setting for social gatherings.
Moving forward, Seascape V features multiple dining and bar areas, each designed to cater to different social settings. The outdoor bar on the sundeck is equipped with essential amenities such as a sink, ice maker, and refrigeration, ensuring convenience for guests. The integration of a dumbwaiter from the galley to the sundeck is a practical solution for serving meals and beverages efficiently.
Seascape V's bridge deck is equipped with essential navigational equipment, including X-band and S-band radar, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The design allows for easy access to wing stations and the captain's quarters, facilitating smooth docking and maneuvering. The lower aft deck provides a retreat area with refrigeration units conveniently located for post-beach club refreshments.
Interior Design
In the main salon, parquet floors complement the decor, and large windows allow natural light to flood the space. This salon doubles as a movie theater, featuring a fully stocked bar with necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, sink, and ice maker.
The galley is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, such as Miele dishwashers, a sub-zero wine cooler, and Gaggenau ovens. The layout offers ample prep space, making it efficient for meal preparation. Custom additions, like a storage compartment for trays and modifications to the sink, enhance its functionality.
In the helm station, a practical arrangement places all necessary equipment within easy reach. The bridge deck is thoughtfully designed to accommodate multiple personnel, with seating arrangements that facilitate ease of access to navigation tools and communication systems.
The lounges and saloons are designed to facilitate social interaction. The sky lounge features a dining room with a large table and a built-in lazy Susan. The cocktail lounge configuration provides L-shaped seating that enhances the dining experience. Pocket doors offer privacy without compromising space.
Accommodation
Seascape V comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five well-appointed cabins. The accommodation layout includes an owner's suite, two double cabins, and two twin cabins, providing a range of options for different guest preferences.
The owner's suite is located on the main deck, offering a private sanctuary with expansive views. This suite includes a separate office space, abundant storage, and his and hers bathrooms, one of which features a shower with a view. The sleeping area is equipped with a super-king-size berth and a pop-up TV. The owner's suite also boasts a private terrace, offering a secluded space for relaxation.
Located on the lower deck, the two double cabins are named the Waldorf Astoria and the St. Regis. Each features a walk-around queen-size berth, ample storage, and ensuite bathrooms with elegant stonework. The twin cabins, named the Ritz-Carlton and the Four Seasons, are mirror images of each other, each offering two twin beds, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom.
The crew accommodations are designedfor up to eight crew, allowing for efficient operations and services. The crew area includes a main salon and living area that doubles as a dining room, along with a 4-4 layout of staterooms, ensuring that all crew members are housed together.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508 B) 1,300hp engines, motor yacht Seascape V is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 64,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 6,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots.
