Surpina is a 56m motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Benetti in 2015. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Benetti's in-house design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.8m beam and a 3.2m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 950 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2015.
Accommodation
Surpina offers accommodation for up to 16 guests in 8 suites comprising two owners cabins, with at least one cabin located on the main deck and 6 double cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000M53) 1,800hp engines, motor yacht Surpina is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 110,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
