The 121'6" motor yacht Sweet Lane was delivered to her owners in 2017 by Italian shipyard Custom Line. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Zuccon, while Advanced Yacht Technology is responsible for her naval architecture.

Key Features

  • Full-beam master cabin on main deck
  • Open-plan saloon with full-height windows
  • Foredeck lounge seating and sunpads
  • Sundeck bar and freestanding loungers

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 26'3" beam and a 7'5" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 289 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2016. This was the second yacht built on the Navetta 37 design. She was delivered to her owners in August 2017.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Sweet Lane features a raked bow that enhances its sleek profile. The deck is made of teak, providing both durability and a touch of traditional craftsmanship. The hull and superstructure are painted in a clean white, offering a cohesive and polished appearance. The boot top and below the waterline areas are colored black, creating a stark contrast that accentuates the yacht's streamlined form.

Sweet Lane features an expansive foredeck with lounge seating and sunpads, providing ample space for relaxation. The main deck aft serves as a casual area for refreshments, easily accessible via twin staircases that lead to a large, fold-out swim-cum-boarding platform.

The bridge deck offers an open-air dining area, shaded by an overhang, suitable for meals in various weather conditions. The sundeck is equipped with a bar under a fixed bimini and freestanding deck loungers at the aft, catering to guests seeking both shade and sun.

Interior Design

Sweet Lane interior design prioritizes functionality and comfort, employing a combination of dark wood soles and lighter wood bulkheads. Carpets and cream upholstery provide a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan saloon features comfortable seating in the aft section and a dining table forward. Full-height opening windows enhance the sense of space and offer natural light.

In addition to the main saloon, a second lounge space is located on the bridge deck. This area includes a large TV screen that folds down from the deckhead, offering entertainment options if guests choose to take a break from the views through the large windows.

Accommodation

Sweet Lane accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins, ensuring a comfortable and private stay for each guest. The full-beam master cabin on the main deck provides a spacious retreat for the primary guest, featuring ample space and privacy. On the lower deck, there are two double cabins and two twin cabins.

For the crew, Sweet Lane includes quarters for up to seven members. This comprises a captain's cabin and three additional crew cabins. Additionally, there is a dedicated mess area for the crew, ensuring they have their own space to relax and dine.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,600hp engines, motor yacht Sweet Lane is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 8,189 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
