Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 9m beam and a 2.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in March 2011 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
Zaliv III's exterior design is characterized by clean, straight lines that extend from the bow to the stern, accentuating its three decks. The hull, a result of collaboration between Mondomarine and Sydac s.r.l., offers a sturdy and balanced profile. The color scheme, conceived by Studio Vafiadis, features a traditional palette of blue and white with subtle red accents near the waterline, giving the yacht a classic maritime appearance.
Interior Design
The interior design of Zaliv III, styled by Studio Vafiadis, is characterized by its contemporary and minimalist approach. Light wood paneling is a prominent feature throughout the yacht, contributing to its modern aesthetic. Eco-friendly fabrics and materials have been thoughtfully selected to complement the design, offering a sustainable yet stylish environment.
The main saloon is designed for social interaction, featuring twin L-shaped settees and a nest of coffee tables. Large windows on both port and starboard sides provide impressive views and allow natural light to fill the space, enhancing the open and airy atmosphere.
Accommodation
Zaliv III offers accommodation for guests across three decks, ensuring a comfortable experience. The upper deck houses the master cabin, featuring a king-size bed, his and hers bathroom, jacuzzi, shower, steam bath, and walk-in closet. This cabin also includes a lounge area with an office, wine cellar, cigar humidor, mini bar, and a private deck area.
On the main deck, there is a full-beam VIP cabin equipped with a king-size bed, his and hers bathroom, jacuzzi, shower, steam bath, walk-in closet, mini bar, and an office area with two Pullman berths.
The lower deck comprises two double cabins, each with a queen-size bed and ensuite facilities, including a shower and steam bath. Additionally, there are two twin cabins with a Pullman berth and ensuite facilities. A mini bar is conveniently located in the corridor on this deck.
She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M90) 3,650hp engines, motor yacht Zaliv III is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 80,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Zaliv III also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
