Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.5m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 205 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2019. She was delivered to her owners in June 2021.
Exterior Design
This vessel, part of the Maiora 30 Convertible series, measures 30.61 meters in length and features a significant 7.5-meter beam, which is among the largest in its class. The design makes optimal use of available space, providing a 120-square-meter outdoor area on the sundeck, which is split between indoor and outdoor zones.
The sundeck is particularly versatile, offering ample space for relaxation and socializing. The aft deck's flexibility allows for various furniture arrangements, tailored to personal preferences or specific needs. The observatory space, located on the roof, includes a large sun pad that offers 360-degree views, ensuring privacy and a wide panorama.
The forward section of the sundeck is equipped with a U-shaped couch and a coffee table, providing a private setting while docked or a sweeping 180-degree view when anchored. Adjacent to this area is a sunbathing space, which can be customized according to user requirements.
On the bow, ZOUT accommodates two jet skis, adding recreational options for those on board. The yacht's sleek lines and purposeful design cater to both aesthetic and practical purposes, ensuring a straightforward, effective use of space and resources.
Interior Design
Zout's interior is characterized by its use of pale slatted wood and the incorporation of metallic materials, creating a tranquil environment for its guests. The color palette predominantly features cool-toned, neutral shades of grey, facilitating a calm and harmonious atmosphere throughout the vessel.
In the saloon, electric blue accents inject a nautical vibe, complemented by a fresh, white sofa and dark wood floors. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the saloon and other indoor areas ensure that natural light floods the interior, enhancing the spacious feel and offering guests stunning views of the surrounding seas.
The galley is equipped with professional-grade appliances, ensuring functionality and efficiency. It includes two LIEBHERR refrigerators, a freezer, an icemaker, and a wine cellar. Cooking facilities comprise a 90cm induction hob, hood, and oven, all from MIELE, alongside a microwave oven and dishwasher, also by MIELE. These features provide a fully capable environment for meal preparation.
The helm station is outfitted with advanced navigation technology, including a FURUNO Navigation Equipment package with Radar FAR 2238 and AXSEA TimeZero Professional navigation software displayed on five 24” monitors. This setup is complemented by a FLIR thermal camera, AIS, and a weather station for enhanced navigational support. A 6-camera CCTV system and external control wings on both port and starboard sides ensure comprehensive monitoring and maneuverability.
The upper salon offers a flexible environment with retractable windows, pop-up TV and concealed doors, allowing for an adaptable indoor-outdoor space.
Accommodation
Designed with a five-stateroom layout, Zout has the capacity to host up to 12 guests across five suites.
The Maiora-built yacht Zout offers comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests across five staterooms. On the main deck, the full-beam master stateroom provides a spacious retreat featuring an en-suite bathroom enhanced with Calacatta white marble and a shower that doubles as a hammam. This cabin's strategic sound insulation ensures a peaceful environment, separated from the galley area.
Below deck, guests will find two en-suite VIP staterooms equipped with double beds, located towards the aft for added privacy. Additionally, there are two en-suite twin staterooms, each fitted with single beds and supplemented by pullman beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children.
For the crew, Zout provides three cabins designed to house up to five members. This includes a single captain’s cabin and two twin bunk bed cabins, ensuring efficient service and support for guests on board.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V2000M96L) 2,600hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Zout is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 23 knots. With her 13,150 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,600 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
