Her sweeping lines are instantly recognizable as those of a classic. She has no peer in cruising and live-aboard comfort. Thoughtful design and careful execution are her hallmarks.

Our experience with an entire fleet of models over fifty feet has taught us that seaworthiness and luxury need not compromise each other. Unlike the "add-on" luxuries of many yachts, Hatteras luxuries enter at the design stage. They are rooted in function. A consideration in our basic design.

Thus, the 58 features a roomy cockpit for fishing or ease of boarding, a private wheelhouse, on-deck salon, walk-in engine rooms, and even a locker area planned for an optional washer/dryer.

Luxury plus function. These are the qualities which have earned for Hatteras its reputation as the world's premier yacht builder.

It's available with two arrangements. The standard plan includes three double staterooms, a galley and dinette below, and a salon of unprecedented dimensions for a boat in its size class. The alternate plan places the galley conveniently on-deck and provides four staterooms, each with private head.

Her fiberglass hull and the many components and systems within are all skillfully designed and crafted. The result is a great sea boat. Strong. Stable. Dependable.
