Scheduled to launch the first unit in 2021, the Sunseeker 161 proposed interior has been revealed thanks to the iconic work by Design Unlimited. As the first Sunseeker superyacht venturing in to the metal motor yacht market, the Sunseeker 161 images provide the first glimpse of the collaborative design efforts with Dutch shipbuilder Icon Yachts.
Measuring up at 49 metres, the unveiled designs for the new Sunseeker 161 have given the industry a clear but interpretive representation of what the new aluminium range will look like from the British brand.
Though these images present a clean cut and homely image of the 161, the brand also specifies that owners can customise the look and feel of the vessel to meet their specific requirements.
We have a longstanding relationship with Sunseeker, having worked with them extensively between 2006 and 2009 on the Predator and Manhattan models. But to be returning to the collaboration to complete the interior design of the 161 Yacht, really is something special.

The interior concept of the new 161 flagship is very different to many of the other models on the Sunseeker fleet, with the main focus being space and flexibility.
Spacious guest areas can be found throughout the vessel, with one of the biggest traditional changes happening on the stern. In addition to the swim platform aft of the vessel, the Sunseeker 161 will feature a large beach club on the stern which can accommodate large groups of guests on a specialised three way fold out platform.
Other areas which fit in to the space and flexibility focus include the stunning overnight accommodation which can accommodated 10 or 12 staying guests.
