Sunseeker’s latest addition, the Predator 55, retains the DNA and heritage of its predecessors (dating back to the first Predator 63 in 1994) while incorporating an array of modern-day enhancements.
The Predator 55 for sale features a curved silhouette with a sloping hardtop design, setting it apart from other 17m (55ft) yachts. The retractable glazing and carbon fiber sunroof integrated into the hardtop adds to its distinctive appeal. The exterior also includes an integrated tender garage (with room for a Williams TurboJet 325) and a spacious aft cockpit with upholstered seating.
Supported by a beam of 4.93m (16ft), the main deck boasts a generous salon with expansive glazing, a galley, and twin bolstered seats at the helm station. Furthermore, the broad side decks facilitate easy movement between forward and aft decks.
The interior layout can be customized to suit the owner's preferences, with options for a lower deck galley and additional cabin space. The Predator 55 introduces an all-new interior collection curated in collaboration with Design Unlimited, offering a flexible color scheme and materials palette tailored to each owner's taste.
The vessel features a luxurious owner's cabin amidships with a full-height wardrobe and an extensive ensuite, in addition to a spacious forward double cabin benefitting from an ensuite and plenty of storage. The overall design emphasizes interior volume, with both cabins offering increased headroom and advanced tropical air conditioning.
Powered by Volvo Penta IPS950 turbo and supercharged engines, the Predator 55 delivers a peak power output of 1,450hp, enabling owners to reach speeds of up to 36 knots behind the wheel. Additionally, Volvo Penta's Dynamic Positioning System, Joystick Docking, and Glass Cockpit all feature to facilitate smooth handling.
