Itama unveils stylish reimagining of the 45S

Itama has unveiled renderings of an exceptional restyling of the 45S, joining the fleet as the 45RS.

Designed in collaboration with the Ferretti Group Strategic Product Committee and the Group Engineering Department, the sporty new number has a timeless feel with a modern-day appeal.

A progression from the previous 45S model, the updated 45RS features many of the original features including the concealed hydraulic gangway and a swim platform that can be lowered into the sea, allowing guests easy access to the waves.

However, despite the similarities, the Itama 45RS brings its own personality to the fleet with a new transom angle that alters the exterior lines to a sweeping aesthetic that sleek and sharp at the same time.

With the restyling being largely focused on comfort, some of the main differences in design can be found in a new table on the cockpit, teak hatches on the foredeck, and a reimagined bathroom, which now holds a free-standing crystal glass shower enclosure, an overhead shower head and a porthole for ample natural lighting.

Interiors have also taken on a new form, with design options including white lacquered wood and teak floors, or carpet with walnut cupboards. Owners will also have the opportunity to choose between a one or two-cabin layout which will pair the owner's cabin with either a guest cabin or a more spacious dinette.

Powered by a pair of Cummins engines with 550mhp, the 45RS is considerably more powerful than its predecessor and can reach maximum speeds of 34 knots.
