Making her debut at the Fort Lauderdale event, nicknamed FLIBS, the Mangusta Oceano 50 beat several other rival yachts including entries from Benetti and Heesen.
Built by Overmarine Group, the Mangusta Oceano 50 is the largest Mangusta Oceano yacht for sale and "encapsulates Mangusta Yacht's focus on design, custom-made comfort, and painstaking detail".
Equipped with two MTU 12V 2000 M86 engines, the Mangusta Oceano 50 can reach top speeds of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles.
The Mangusta Oceano 50 perfectly illustrates the top-tier luxury megayachts and world-class exhibitors that make FLIBS a global boat show leader.

The Best of Show award is presented to one innovative debut boat model per FLIBS event, and is chosen by a specially curated judging panel.
More than 40 debut models were nominated for the award this year, but after some close calls, the Mangusta Oceano 50 came out on top and was displayed in the iconic Superyacht Village off Pier 66 during the show.
The 2022 judges included the Baseball Hall of Fame inductee Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez, yacht captain and Bravo's Below Deck star Captain Sandy Yawn, former professional motocross and stock car driver Ricky Carmichael, champion race car driver Kyle Kirkwood, West Marine Chief Commercial Officer Captain Stacey Renfro, and West Marine Vice President of Brand Marketing Josh Horoshok.
Also close to the mark, runners-up for the Best of Show included the Benetti Yachts BYOND 37m, the Heesen Yachts 50m Steel, and the Riva 102.
