Pershing’s first TØ yacht takes shape

Work is progressing on the first hull of the range that is set to 'change the concept of the sport yacht’ according to Pershing.

New images have revealed work in progress on the model of the first hull of Pershing's new TØ range of boats.

The hull is being built at Ferretti Group’s Plug and Mould Plant and is set to arrive at Pershing’s Mondolfo shipyard this summer. Both traditional techniques and milled blocks are being used in the construction process.

Announced by the yard a year ago, the TØ range is a series of 25m (82ft) to 40m (131ft) boats set to ‘change the concept of the sport yacht’ according to the yard.

It is based upon four main principles:

  • Design: It will retain a distinct Pershing feel, but will have its own strong identity.
  • Comfort: Spaces and volumes will be maximised and lots of areas will be opened up to the sea.
  • Technology: The range will utilise cutting-edge technology.
  • Performance: Pershing claims TØ “will bring an unprecedented yachting experience to the 25-40-metre market segment.”

The first model in the TØ range is scheduled to debut in 2022. More details are expected to be revealed over the coming months.

With a reputation for speed and precise handling, it will be interesting to see how the TØ range matches up to Pershing’s impressive pedigree. If you’d like to further explore the yard’s offerings view all new and pre-owned Pershing yacht for sale.
