Introduced at the Milan Triennale press conference, Sanlorenzo have officially presented their all new 28 metre SD96 yacht. As the new entry level vessel to the popular SD range, the Italian brand have confirmed that the SD96 will be replacing the SD92 model which was launched in 2007.
Reflecting design inspirations from transatlantic liners of the 1930s, the new SD96 showcases the evolution of the Italian shipyard, but it still maintains some of the iconic design features associated with the brand.
Exteriors have been designed by Bernardo Zuccon from the Zuccon International Project, with the end result being a classy, defined and elegant vessel for modern owners who want to keep with the times but have a little glimmer of the past.
Hermetically closed at sea, when at anchor the yacht gives the owner the chance to optimise the quality of life on-board and satisfy their need to enjoy their time in the ideal conditions. This work was carried on without ever losing sight of two key factors: the volumetric balance of the stylistic features, which contribute to harmonising the proportions, and respect for such a deeply-rooted, indispensable and solid brand image.

Interiors for the new vessel continue with the classy but elegant feel in combination with a minimalist approach. Furniture and fittings all have their own place onboard, with innovative solutions put to use in the available space.
Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola has designed the interiors, providing a calm ambience for owners and their guests. Cool and calming tones have been used throughout, reflecting the relaxing mood of the flowing sea outside.
More details are yet to be revealed for the semi-displacement superyacht for sale.
