On Deck
Starting from the bathing platform at the rear, this platform is fixed in this particular model, but optional hi-lo platforms are available for those who prefer. There is a swimming pool-style boarding ladder that provides an easy way to get out of the water, as well as the emergency boarding ladder for potential emergencies.
Stepping into the cockpit, there is a seating arrangement with an adjustable table that can fold over for more dining space. The option to adjust it into a sunbathing area is available too.
The foredeck features sun pads that can be adjusted into a seating area. He appreciates the additional social area on the front of the boat and the clever pop-up lights. The flybridge, which is the primary difference between the C430 and the F430 models, is shown next. There is another seating area and a double helm with a great view, which is beneficial when maneuvering in marinas.
Interior
Inside the yacht, there is a light wood and light leather interior. This design provides a modern and contemporary look.
The galley-aft layout with electric cooking facilities, ample storage, and a double fridge is shown next. The saloon area can be converted into sleeping quarters using the hi-lo table.
The helm has a seat that can be lifted and turned to create a larger social area. Moving to the lower deck, the forward cabin has scissor beds that can be converted into a double bed or two singles. He praises the additional light from the forward screen and the big, whole windows.
Moving to the main cabin, which can be considered as the master cabin due to its size but has less headroom than the forward cabin. There is an option to split this cabin into two smaller ones. The day heads with direct access to the passageway is shown next.
Performance
The engine room houses a pair of Volvo Penta IPS-600 engines. These can give the boat a top speed of 30 knots, with cruising at 25 knots providing a range of 200 nm.
In Summary
Nick seems to thoroughly appreciate the Sealine F430 Flybridge's features and design.
