The yacht is designed as a classic weekender sports cruiser, with an emphasis on outdoor spaces. There is ample cockpit space, which includes a hidden locker for storing items like paddle boards or water skis, a large sun pad, and a sliding seat feature that can transform the space into a protected sunbathing area.

The cockpit is full beam, maximizing space despite the boat's narrow design. The boat's helm has a comfortable driving position, especially when going fast. There is an absence of side decks, which is as an advantage as it provides maximum width in the cockpit despite the boat's overall narrow design for performance and handling.

The lower deck of the yacht is primarily designed for sleeping, with a compact arrangement that Nick finds beautifully finished. Nick credits design input from Espen Øino for taking the yacht upmarket. The front area features a large double bed and plenty of storage space. The woodwork and the way the grain follows perfectly along the curves is very impressive. The boat also features a separate cabin with two beds, which offers privacy thanks to a neat feature that completely encloses the space. The lower deck also houses the heads, which includes a separate shower stall and toilet.

The engine area reveals a pair of Volvo Penta D6-440s that give the boat a speed of over 40 knots, with a cruising speed of 35 knots. D6-400s are available as an alternative. The canopy system that can easily enclose the cockpit area is also stored here.

Nick seems to be very fond of the Windy 37 Shamal, seeing it as a high-performance weekender perfect for quick coastal trips. He appreciates the quality, detailing, and design of the yacht, and believes it offers plenty of fun for its users.
