Average asking price according to YachtBuyer data ( yachts available). Prices may vary depending on specification, condition and extras.
According to data from YachtBuyer’s Market Watch, less than a quarter of the more than 15 Sanlorenzo SL108 yachts that were built have been listed for sale in the past three years, showing limited activity in its resale market. These yachts spend an average of only 263 days on the market, reflecting a fast turnover rate for superyachts in this size segment. Over the same period, the asking price shows a notable decline of 17.4%, dropping from the initial price. This substantial reduction reflects market adjustments and potentially presents an opportunity for buyers seeking quality vessels at more competitive prices. Interestingly, this level of change is below the average price fluctuation for this size of superyacht, indicating a stable position in the market. These yachts have been offered for sale primarily around the central Mediterranean countries.
Sanlorenzo started development on the 108 in 2005 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2004.
