The 40 was built in France by Beneteau Yachts with a multi-award winning international design team, exterior styling by Nuvolari Lenard from Italy. The 12.67m/41'7" sportsboat built from GRP can sleep up to four guests across two cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.
Development started in 2015 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2016. She was a finalist three times, the last time being in 2017 in the 'Best Sportscruiser (up to 45ft)' category at the Asia Boating Award.
Performance
She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 32 knots via her twin 300hp Volvo Penta D4-300 engines. In terms of range, the Beneteau Yachts 40 has a standard range of 195 nautical miles (nm).
