Delivered in 2023, Incentivized is a 25.4m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard AB Yachts. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Acube Design, while AB Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.
Key Features
- Impressive 57 knots max speed
- Full beam owner's suite with walk-in wardrobe
- Fixed swim platform with garage storage
- Extra insulation for quiet cruising at high speeds
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.5m beam and a 1.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 81 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the AB 80 design. Launched in December 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in January 2023.
Exterior Design
Incentivized features an imposing exterior, beginning at the waterline with a substantial fixed platform. This area includes an integrated garage capable of housing two jet skis, which can be easily launched or retrieved via an internal winch system. The design ensures that the deck remains uncluttered, with water toys neatly stored away, in keeping with the vessel's performance-oriented ethos.
The cockpit is designed for both functionality and social interaction. A sun pad, doubling as a bench, faces twin tables, which can be adjusted in height for convenience. This space also includes a dedicated control station, complete with joystick and bow thruster controls, to aid in precise maneuvering, particularly when mooring stern-to.
The yacht's side and foredecks are accessible through boarding gates on both sides, enhancing the ease of embarkation. The prominent glass sections on the superstructure not only contribute to an impressive side profile but also invite a flood of natural light into the interior spaces. A side door offers additional access to the main deck saloon from the exterior.
At the forefront, the yacht boasts a well-appointed social area, complete with comfortable seating, sun pads, and a sound system comprising 14 speakers and six subwoofers. The space is accented with vibrant orange upholstery that contrasts the darker tones of the superstructure, while optional poles and a canopy provide shade when needed.
The sundeck is reached via a gently sloping staircase, in contrast to the more vertical ascents on some vessels. This area is reserved for relaxation, equipped with sun pads both forward and aft.
Interior Design
Throughout the interior, the use of wood, particularly gloss walnut paneling, stainless steel inserts, and thoughtfully arranged lighting, creates an environment that is both welcoming and sophisticated. Notably, the galley has been positioned on the upper deck, deviating from the conventional lower deck placement found in many other yachts from the shipyard.
Natural light is abundant within the interior, courtesy of the extensive window lines that extend deeply and are complemented by glass bulwarks. This feature ensures that the interior is well-lit and offers clear views of the surroundings when out on the water.
The galley itself has ample worktop space offering plenty of room for food preparation and service. Wooden elements wrap around the space, adding a touch of warmth, while subtle underlighting creates the illusion of floating countertops above the cabinetry. Storage solutions include sizeable fridges and a large ice maker, indicating the yacht's readiness for entertaining. The sound system, featuring JBL audio speakers, reinforces the vessel's capability as a party-friendly environment.
Adjacent to the galley is a day head, conveniently located for guest use. Nearby, the saloon hosts a small dining area, which seems more suited to casual gatherings, card games, or enjoying drinks, rather than formal dining. This area is equipped with a pop-up TV, sized at 75 inches, further underlining the yacht's entertainment-friendly amenities.
The helm station of Incentivized is a showcase of modern navigation and control. The ergonomic helm seats offer full adjustability for comfort during navigation. The helm is outfitted with multiple multifunctional displays (MFDs), digital switching, and a suite of cameras that provide comprehensive monitoring of the yacht's surroundings, including the anchor's position. Additionally, the helm features storage solutions and a minimalistic steering wheel, emphasizing both utility and a clean design aesthetic.
Accommodation
Incentivized features an intelligently designed accommodation layout that emphasizes both privacy and comfort for its guests. The lower deck houses four guest cabins, thoughtfully arranged to maximize the space and natural light available.
The jewel of Incentivized's accommodation is the full-beam owner's suite. Spanning the entire width of the yacht, this suite has a thoughtful design and layout, offering ample headroom and unobstructed space to move around. The bed's generous dimensions contribute to the overall feeling of comfort. The suite includes a bureau, which can serve as a workspace or a vanity, and a comfortable sofa opposite the wall-mounted television. Each cabin, including the owner's suite, is equipped with individual AV control via an iPad, allowing guests to tailor their entertainment experience. The owner's suite also features a walk-in wardrobe, which is strategically located behind the bed, providing additional sound insulation from the engine room. The en-suite bathroom shares this space, delivering both elegance and practicality.
Situated at the forefront is the VIP cabin, which boasts a substantial amount of headroom even though it is positioned on a raised upper level. The flat floor space around the bed allows for unimpeded movement, and storage solutions are notably ample, with knee-level lockers and a large wardrobe. A cleverly concealed television adds to the room's functionality without disrupting its clean design. An en-suite bathroom accompanies the VIP cabin, complete with a sizable hull window, marble finishing, and a separate shower cubicle.
Amidships, three more cabins are found, each displaying exceptional woodwork with gloss walnut paneling and stainless steel inserts. The port side cabin currently features a double bed that provides versatility by splitting into twin beds if needed. An en-suite bathroom is standard here as well, with a discreetly placed television. Opposite, there is a bunk cabin, ideally suited for children, yet not compromising on size or quality, with its own private bathroom and adequate storage.
The crew quarters are accessible from the foredeck and are designed to accommodate two crew members. This area also houses the essential washer and dryer, ensuring the functionality of the yacht's operations.
Performance & Capabilities
The Incentivized is powered by a trio of V12 diesel engines, each delivering 2000 horsepower, which collectively thrust the yacht to an impressive top speed of 57 knots. This level of speed is extraordinary for a vessel measuring slightly over 25 meters in length. Its cruising speed stands at a remarkable 45 knots, and at this pace, the yacht can achieve a range of 300 nautical miles, thanks to its substantial fuel capacity of 9,500 liters.
Navigation and maneuverability are facilitated by water jet propulsion, which includes a fixed central nozzle and two adjustable outer nozzles. At lower speeds, the captain can precisely control the yacht using a joystick, which manipulates the water jets, while a bow thruster provides additional precision for maneuvering the bow, particularly useful during docking or navigating tight marinas.
To enhance onboard comfort, especially when stationary or cruising at lower speeds, the yacht is equipped with a Seakeeper 18 stabilizer system. This technology effectively reduces roll, ensuring a more stable and comfortable experience for guests.
Incentivized features an upgraded air conditioning system for optimal climate control across all areas of the yacht. An additional generator has been installed to ensure a reliable power supply. For long-range cruising convenience, a high-capacity water maker has been included, transforming seawater into fresh water for extended voyages.
