The Sundancer 540 was built in the United States by Sea Ray making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 16.7m/54'9" sportsboat constructed in FRP can sleep up to eight guests in three cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.
The hugely successful 540 Sundancer delivered three generations over more than 20 years of production. Production of the very first generation Sea Ray 540 Sundancer started in 1997 and ran for over 4 years. The third and final generation Sea Ray Sundancer 540 went into production in 2013.
