The PHANTOM 300 represents a step forward in terms of design and technology from the SMERALDA 300 model on which it is partially based. It maintains the very same extraordinary hull, with unparalleled stability, handling and navigation, but it's the new deck layout, the richness of the standard fittings and accessories and the brand-new design of the deck structures that allows the PHANTOM 300 to reach superior levels of comfort, style and versatility, turning it into something unique and original.
Every single element of the deck, whether functional or just a part of the general design, has been thought out not only to give the new PHANTOM 300 a new charisma and unmistakable style, but above all to deliver the comfort and versatility you would expect on much larger craft. New features are visible everywhere, starting with the newly designed bow sun-pad and the new stainless steel mooring pole, which is part of the new ‘PHANTOM’ standard stainless steel kit, available only on the PHANTOM series of RIBs. The true change in deck plan and layout though, is at the centre of the boat, the heart of the new Sea Water PHANTOM design, which departs totally from the Smeralda series concept. The brand-new steering helm has in fact been completely redesigned in its general outline and design to make it more modern and aggressive. The driver's position is now off-centre and to one side, in order to provide greater space and a more rational layout of the dashboard and instrument panel, with the addition of a new generously sized storage locker in the console itself, which can be refrigerated, upon request, for drinks. The off-centre driving position has also been adopted in order to align the helm with the newly designed PHANTOM2-position pivoting, twin place, driver’s seat which includes a retractable foot rest in stainless steel, fixed on the base of the steering helm. The driver’s seat offers unsurpassable comfort, ergonomics and safety, with an excellent all-around view.
The cockpit is enhanced further by the addition of the new standard PHANTOM T-top, in 40 mm stainless steel tubes and with a fabric top. A spacious divan is located on the other side of the driver’s seat, facing astern, which together with the stern divan itself and the standard removable Teak table, forms a comfortable and practical living area, which can be covered and protected by the optional stern sun-cover, with removable and adjustable telescopic stainless steel tubes. This rich array of standard fittings and accessories is completed by twin stainless steel and teak boarding ladders, hidden under the stern bathing platforms and by the adoption of the above-mentioned PHANTOM stainless steel kit, which includes, among other things, two stern mooring bollards and various stainless steel grab rails for safety on-board.
