Design & Construction

Designed around a fast displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 9m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 480 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the sixth yacht built on the Alloy design. Launched in May 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2022.

Exterior Design

One of the AIX's most notable features is the beach club. Here, three hydraulic openings transform the space into an expansive area exceeding 100 square meters. This feature is especially well-suited for guest entertainment and leisure activities in tropical locations, providing a seamless transition from the yacht to the water.

In addition to the beach club, AIX is equipped with a dedicated 40-foot chase boat set to join the existing fleet of two Williams Jet tenders and a Zodiac. The variety of tenders and watercraft ensures that guests can explore their surroundings with ease and comfort.

Above deck, the sun deck serves as the primary outdoor entertainment space, where guests can enjoy the open air in a more social setting. The area includes a large, blue-hued table with an accompanying bar as well as a sofa area for casual gatherings.

The foredeck of AIX is another highlight, featuring a clear-sided pool that is both visually appealing and inviting. Surrounded by sun pads, it offers guests a private area to relax and enjoy the sun while taking in panoramic views of the ocean.

Interior Design

The choice of materials and the layout of the living spaces have been carefully selected to ensure a welcoming yet professional ambiance suited to both relaxation and entertainment. Throughout AIX, warm wood paneling dominates the interior, providing a sense of continuity and a natural aesthetic. This is complemented by a selection of textiles in a palette of warming grays, natural browns, and creams, contributing to the understated sophistication of the yacht. The use of cream marbles adds a touch of elegance to the spaces, ensuring that the interiors are both inviting and refined.

AIX features a lighting scheme that balances natural light with strategically placed artificial lighting to enhance the ambiance of each space. Large rectangular windows allow for an abundance of natural light, particularly in the communal areas, while subtle lighting fixtures provide a soft glow in the evenings, accentuating the yacht's design features.

The dining area on the main deck is a focal point for social gatherings, featuring an ocean-inspired dinner service from Haviland. Accompanied by Baccarat crystal glasses, the setting speaks of class without extravagance. The dining space is laid out to facilitate guest interaction, with a layout that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

A dive center is outfitted with 16 tanks and comprehensive dive equipment for all guests, complemented by the expertise of onboard dive masters and local diving professionals.

Accommodation

The centerpiece of AIX's accommodation is the impressive 147-square-meter owner's apartment. This unique three-level suite is a hallmark of the Alloy series, providing an ample, private space for the owner. Upon entering from the main saloon, guests ascend a staircase to a study area that boasts panoramic views. A second staircase descends to the master bedroom, complete with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring the owner's utmost comfort and privacy.

AIX offers lodging for guests in four well-appointed cabins situated on the lower deck. These cabins are crafted to maximize both comfort and light, with large rectangular windows inviting ample natural illumination, even when docked in close quarters.

While some sister ships in the series have repurposed the top-level space of the owner's suite for various uses, on AIX, it currently serves as an additional office and relaxation area. This owner's apartment also provides exclusive access to the foredeck pool, allowing for private enjoyment of the sun and sea.

AIX is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Motor yacht AIX is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots.
