Lion's Den is a 38.1m motor yacht delivered by American shipyard Westport Yachts in 2019. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Westport Yachts' in-house design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.98m beam and a 1.75m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 329 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifth yacht built on the W125 design. She was delivered to her owners in December 2019.
Accommodation
Lion's Den offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Lion's Den is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 26,744 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, a generous beach club offers direct access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht and an inviting spread of sunpads.
