Chopi Chopi is a multi-award winning 80m motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard CRN in 2013. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Laura Sessa Romboli, while her exteriors have been penned by Zuccon.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 13.5m beam and a 3.4m draft. The yacht is built over 5 decks with an internal volume of 2,363 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in January 2013 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2013.
Exterior Design
Chopi Chopi's expansive open-air spaces, including the main deck's aft outdoor lounging area, are thoughtfully planned to maximize outdoor living. Balconies featured on this level enhance the connection to the sea.
On the bridge deck, the dining room benefits from bulwark cut-outs that broaden the view, while the VIP suite one deck above features a fixed balcony for additional outdoor enjoyment.
Accessibility between decks is facilitated by a lift, ensuring ease of movement for guests and crew alike. Chopi Chopi's exterior also accommodates a stern terrace and a helipad capable of supporting a three-ton helicopter, underscoring the yacht's commitment to convenience and accessibility.
The beach club, located at the yacht's stern, serves as a focal point for leisure activities, connecting seamlessly to the interior spaces through a central staircase. This area, along with the adjoining sauna, hammam, and massage room, reinforces the harmonious interplay between the yacht's interior luxury and the natural beauty of the sea.
Interior Design
Chopi Chopi's main saloon sets the tone with its refined yet relaxed ambiance, enriched by an array of contemporary artwork. Attention to detail is evident in every space. In areas such as the beach club and wellness area, frames decorating the walls and custom-designed lamps add character, while the linear design joinery's striped pattern of matte and gloss wood, as well as marble on walls and floors, introduces texture and sophistication.
Functionality meshes with style in the ample storage rooms and cupboards, which are designed to accommodate china, glasses, and linens. This practicality extends to the use of natural-colored textiles throughout the yacht, complemented by pastel accents to maintain chromatic continuity. The uniform use of light cream Perlato Europa marble clads all bathrooms and day heads, enhancing the interior's airy feel.
Custom furniture pieces, some of which are built to specific designs by Herve van der Straeten, hearken to the Art Deco ambiance found particularly in the upper deck dining room. This area is illuminated by natural light through full-height doors and features a large dining table capable of seating up to 18 guests. The table itself, a creation of Galerie van der Straeten, is versatile, able to split into two round tables for different dining experiences.
Chopi Chopi's dedication to a serene environment is underscored by the extensive efforts in sound and vibration deadening. With substantial layers of rock wool and rubber-mounted flooring, the yacht maintains low levels of interior noise, ensuring a peaceful setting for all aboard.
The yacht is equipped with a high-tech bridge and a sophisticated control system, reflecting the complexity and advanced functionality of Chopi Chopi without compromising on style or comfort.
Accommodation
Chopi Chopi offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in six suites comprising an owner cabin, a VIP cabin, three double cabins and two twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 30 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
The cabins have been crafted using a calming palette of natural colors complemented by light cream Perlato Europa marble in all bathrooms. They offer a blend of practicality and elegance, with extensive use of maple and limed oak. The linear design joinery, coupled with fabric stripes and squares, injects a youthful charm into the spaces without compromising on sophistication.
Central to the guest accommodation is the spacious VIP suite, which boasts a fixed balcony that offers a serene space for guests to enjoy the surrounding marine vistas. The attention to detail is evident in the custom furniture and refined interior decoration that echoes an Art Deco influence, particularly in the upper deck dining area adjacent to the VIP suite.
The owner's deck is a sanctuary designed with understated elegance, housing a 200-square-meter apartment that includes a forward-facing bedroom and a private pool and sunbathing area, providing the yacht's owner with an exclusive and personal space for solitude or entertainment.
Crew accommodation has been given equal consideration, with more than half of the lower deck devoted to service and technical areas, including the well-appointed crew quarters. These quarters are designed to accommodate over 30 crew and staff members, who are essential to the operation and maintenance of Chopi Chopi.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3516B-C) 2,680hp engines, motor yacht Chopi Chopi is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 300,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 6,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Chopi Chopi also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
