Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.05m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 199 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2017. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in December 2018.
Exterior Design
Sanlorenzo's Honey Pot showcases a distinctive high-raked bow that gracefully rounds as it meets the foredeck, which features a guest space positioned aft of the anchoring and mooring operational area. A sleek line extends from the foredeck towards the sharply angled stern profile, creating an elegant and streamlined silhouette.
The hull is adorned with a series of four slim horizontal rectangle port holes forward, along with two pairs of larger windows just forward of amidships. A steel feature line follows the deck line, adding visual interest to the exterior.
At the stern, the yacht's profile falls away sharply, culminating in a spacious bathing platform accessed via twin stairways on either side of the large central transom door. Upon lifting the transom door, the tender stowage and launching area are revealed.
Moving up from the water's edge, the main deck aft serves as a guest relaxation space, featuring flexible tables, large bench settees, and free-standing armchairs. Bright cushions inject a pop of color against the neutral fabric, enhancing the inviting ambiance of the outdoor area. Wide side decks with fold-out balconies provide additional guest space, offering delightful vistas over the water.
The sun deck of Honey Pot is a premium guest space, adorned with large loungers featuring a soft grey tone complemented by cushions in vibrant turquoise, creating a chic and inviting atmosphere. Beneath the shade of the radar mast canopy, guests can enjoy refreshments at the bar located to the port side, while a dining area is situated to starboard behind the helm station, offering picturesque views while dining al fresco. A rise-up TV screen provides entertainment as desired.
For those seeking to keep the skipper company, a navigation settee for two is conveniently located forward on the port side, allowing for enjoyable conversation and camaraderie during the journey.
Interior Design
The interior of Honey Pot boasts a contemporary neutral palette dominated by shades of grey, with vibrant cushions adding splashes of color to invigorate the space. Glossy ceilings reflect the abundant natural light pouring in through the large windows, enhancing the airy ambiance.
In the main salon, a large picture window offers direct access to a foldout side balcony, expanding the guest space and providing an immersive experience near the water's edge. A dining table, adorned with white leather chairs, is set against light oak flooring, creating a sophisticated contrast against a textured background featuring whites and very light ocean blues.
In the galley, practicality meets professional-grade equipment. The kitchen is outfitted with two refrigerators, two freezers, Miele professional appliances, and a double sink. Additional amenities include a wine cooler and a dedicated stew prep station, making it well-equipped for both casual and formal dining preparations. The galley also offers direct access to the crew area, ensuring efficient service and operations.
The helm area on Honey Pot is designed for both functionality and comfort. The flybridge helm features a full suite of Garmin electronics, including autopilot, controls for underwater lights, and bow and stern thruster controls. The helm station is paired with DirecTV, VSAT satellite domes, and recently installed Starlink, providing premium connectivity and navigation capabilities. Just steps down from the flybridge is the wheelhouse, offering a comprehensive navigation suite and a comfortable spot for guests or crew to join while cruising.
Accommodation
Honey Pot features accommodation for ten guests. The owner's suite, located on the main deck, benefits from large windows that allow abundant natural light, enhancing the spacious feel of the room. The suite includes a walk-in closet with various storage options and a vanity area. The sleeping area features a forward-facing bed with windows on three sides, each fitted with remote-controlled blackout blinds for privacy and comfort. The ensuite bathroom is finished with high-quality materials and fittings.
On the lower deck, the Honey Pot has four additional staterooms. There are two VIP staterooms, each with large portholes that provide views and natural light. These VIP staterooms are mirror images of each other and include a TV, dressing station, and ensuite bathroom.
Further forward are two more staterooms. The first is a convertible queen stateroom, which can be configured as either a queen bed or two twin beds. It includes a TV, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The second is a true twin stateroom, also featuring a TV, sufficient storage space for two guests, and an ensuite bathroom.
The crew area is accessible from the galley, providing a functional and private space for the crew. It includes a common area with a dining space and laundry facilities. The crew quarters consist of a captain's cabin and two additional cabins with bunk beds, ensuring the crew can operate efficiently while maintaining their own comfort.
