The 147'8" motor yacht Unica 45M/ 01 is being constructed by Italian shipyard ISA Yachts and is due to be delivered in 2027. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Enrico Gobbi, while ISA Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 28'3" beam and a 7'7" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 430 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the Unica 45M Steel design.
Exterior Design
UNICA 45M Steel is the result of a collaboration between renowned designer Enrico Gobbi of TEAM for Design and the technical department of Palumbo Superyachts. The yacht's design is marked by fluid, balanced lines, shaping a slender silhouette that tapers elegantly at both the bow and the stern. A sophisticated lighting system highlights the profile, creating a refined and welcoming presence. Large windows are a central feature, enhancing the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The exterior decks have been extended to maximise outdoor enjoyment. At the stern, three cascading levels slope gently towards the sea, forming a relaxation area with a sunbathing zone, a swimming pool, and an infinity cockpit edged with a glass balustrade for uninterrupted panoramic views.
The upper deck offers a spacious bow area dedicated to sunbathing and entertainment. Meanwhile, the 16-metre (52.5-foot) long fly deck is laid out with double sunbathing areas, a lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining table, a bar with stools, and a round jacuzzi.
Interior Design
The interiors of UNICA 45M Steel are carefully crafted for maximum comfort and efficient use of space. Big side windows allow natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright, airy atmosphere.
On the starboard side of the main deck, a gym has been positioned ahead of the owner's suite. Two dining areas have been designed: a formal dining room located on the main deck, and an outdoor dining table on the upper deck, each capable of seating up to 12 guests. Both decks also feature dedicated living and relaxation zones, offering versatile spaces for socialising and unwinding.
Accommodation
The owner's suite, situated on the main deck, includes a lounge area, a desk with integrated vanity, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom fitted with a double sink.
Guest accommodation is located below deck, comprising four cabins: three VIP cabins with double beds and one twin guest cabin. All guest cabins come with private en-suite bathrooms.
Crew quarters accommodate nine members. Four double cabins are located below deck for the crew, while the captain’s cabin is positioned next to the bridge.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,301hp engines, motor yacht Unica 45M/ 01 is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 15,850 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
