The sale of the 2010 yacht was handled by Merle A. Wood of Merle Wood & Associates, the new owner represented by Richard Higgins of Northrop & Johnson.
Powered by twin MTU engines allowing a top speed of 19.3 knots, AV was originally known as Project Orca while she was in construction at the German facility.
Since then she has also been known under the names of ATTESSA V and PALLADIUM.
With interiors and exteriors featuring input from designer Michael Leach, AV has an elevator connecting the decks and a total of 12 cabins to accommodate up to 24 guests.
Other features onboard the custom yacht include an on-deck Jacuzzi, a swimming pool complete with a wave machine, an atrium filtering abundant natural light into the interiors, a well-equipped gym and storage for an impressive amount tenders and watersports equipment.
A multi-award winner during the 2011 ShowBoats Design Awards, AV has a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure with a gross tonnage of 4,446GT.
