Princess announce stellar Boot Dusseldorf line-up

British shipyard Princess has announced an exciting seven yacht line-up for the forthcoming 2023 Boot Dusseldorf event.

Scheduled to open its doors from 21-29 January 2023, Boot Dusseldorf is the first major yacht show to kick off the new year and it certainly looks to have an impressive display in the works.

Setting off in 2023 at a run, Princess Yachts has claimed that it will be showcasing not one but four debuts at the upcoming event in Germany, including one global premiere, two show debuts and a European debut.

Following a three-year hiatus due to the ongoing influences of the global pandemic, many European yacht enthusiasts will finally get the first real look at some of the iconic models launched by Princess over the past few years.

Making her global premiere, the Princess S72 Mk2 is the second generation of the original model that kickstarted the S Class family with design collaborations from naval architects Olesinski and the Italian design house Pininfarina.

Originally going into production in 2014, the Princess S72 is powered by twin MAN V12 engines at either 1650hp or 1800hp and claims to reach speeds of up to 36 knots.

Described by the shipyard as "timelessly elegant and sophisticated", the streamlined sports yacht will be heading the Princess stand at Boot Dusseldorf in Hall 6, stand B21.

The show debuts from the British shipyard come in the forms of the Princess X80 and the F65.

Standing at 25.18m (82.61ft), the X80 is the smallest in the Princess X Class but offers some credible facilities usually seen on larger yachts.

Boasting a ‘super flybridge’ that offers Owners large, versatile interior and exterior environments, comfort is a fundamental focus of the overall design.

The second show debut, the Princess F65, is the largest model in the Princess F Class and offers spacious exteriors, dual helm stations and timeless decor with a modern twist.

Another model now showcasing her second generation, the Princess Y85 boasts a layout that is dominated by tailoring to exterior living and relaxation in the great outdoors.

Offering plenty of alfresco dining and lounging options, she features large sun pads and a spacious swim platform, ideal for launching water toys.

Also combining design collaborations from Olesinski and Pininfarina, the Princess Y85 brings a simplistic yet enchanting addition to the Princess Y Class.
