The 28R Open was built by Ocean Alexander with a multi-award winning international design team. She was a variation in the 28R series, and a crossover yacht, the 28R Enclosed, was also produced. The 27.48m/90'2" superyacht built from GRP can sleep up to ten guests across five cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.
First announced to the press in 2020 she went into development later the same year.
She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 16 knots via her twin 1,900hp MAN V12-1900 engines. In terms of range, the Ocean Alexander 28R Open has a standard range of 1,383 nautical miles (nm).
