Interior

Nick praises the yacht's galley aft layout, describing it as sociable with nice views due to the large windows. He also appreciates the saloon area for its relaxing ambiance. The helm station, complete with big screens, lift bolsters on the seats, and a side door for easy access to the side deck, is another highlight.

Nick is particularly impressed with the new layout Absolute has introduced, featuring a half deck that leads into the master cabin. He appreciates the large windows in the master cabin and the placement of the heads towards the front of the boat. There is a clever use of space, such as the massive storage void underneath the master cabin, which can be accessed through a door in the wardrobe.

The yacht's two additional cabins also catch attention for their spaciousness and nice finishes. He notes the innovative use of pocket doors that slide across to save space. Nick also points out the day heads which could be used by the occupants of the third cabin at night, ensuring everyone has their own facilities to use.

On Deck

Nick highlights the reconfigurable, freestanding furniture on the aft deck, which is a new innovation that Absolute has started implementing on their boats. He appreciates how this allows owners to customize the space to their liking. He also notes the stainless steel and glass panels replacing the traditional transom across the back, which offers a fantastic view of the water, enhancing the boating experience.

Other notable features include the cantilevered entertaining space at the front, the upper helm station, and the bar area with a fridge, ice maker, and barbecue. He also mentions the hardtop covered in solar panels that provide extra power for the yacht's charging and electrical systems.

Crew Accommodation

The crew area accessed from the aft-cockpit is shown, which, though typically not used on a yacht this size, could serve as an overflow cabin for guests.  There are two berths, laundry facilities and a day heads.

Performance

The engine space houses two Volvo Penta IPS-950 engines. The cruising speed is estimated to be between 15 to 25 knots.

In Summary

Overall, Nick seems to be impressed with the Absolute 60 Fly's innovative features, spaciousness, and adaptability, making it clear he thinks it's an exciting new addition to Absolute's range of yachts.
