On Deck

This is a 100-foot Azimut built in 1999, with a refit in 2022. It has a fresh repaint on the outside, new teak, new upholstery, and some new AV equipment.

The aft deck area is spacious. A camera fitted overhead works as a reversing camera to help with manoeuvring from the bridge.

Side doors lead out onto the side deck. The flybridge has a mini bimini above the helm station, a wet bar with a barbecue, sink, fridge and ice maker, plus lots of seating. Originally, owners could choose a hot tub in the centre, but this one has extra seating instead. New teak looks to have been fitted here too. Life rafts and paddleboards are stored aft, and the radar, satnav dome, and antennas are mounted right at the top. The flybridge helm station offers a magnificent view for driving out at sea or manoeuvring.

Wide side decks with deep bulwarks give safe, easy movement around the exterior. Right forward, there are new anchor winches fitted and some sunbathing space up top.

The tender garage is at the stern. It can fit a 4m (13ft) tender and a jet ski, or it can be fitted out with refrigeration and other kit if preferred. It was not opened for viewing because the boat was tight against the dock, but the outline and location were shown.

Interior Accommodation

Inside, the saloon is a massive sociable space with a bar area aft and a dining area forward. The galley sits to port, compact but functional, as this version has a main deck cabin forward instead of the larger 'country kitchen' layout. Even so, it still has plenty of storage, Miele appliances, cold storage, and direct side deck access.

A lobby area leads off the galley. There’s a door to close it off, a dayhead, and steps to the bridge above.

The bridge has engine controls for the MTU engines, multi-function Garmin displays (one showing cameras), a proper big compass, and a little office area.

Owner's Cabin

The main deck cabin is very spacious, with wardrobes, a desk area that the current owner uses as an office, and an ensuite with a large shower.

Down on the lower deck, there is another full-beam cabin. It is huge, taking the entire width of the boat. It has a very large ensuite with a shower, and a walk-in wardrobe. It feels even bigger than the main deck cabin and could just as easily be the owner's cabin, depending on preference.

Both cabins are finished to owner-cabin standards, offering flexibility depending on whether the owner prefers main deck or lower deck living.

Guest Accommodation

There are two further guest cabins on the lower deck, both ensuite with separate showers. They have their own hanging lockers and plenty of storage. Both cabins are spacious and well-finished, so nobody would feel short-changed, whether for private use or chartering.

A third very large cabin forward on the lower deck could easily be described as another owner-standard suite, giving three main cabins that are very much of equal standing.

Crew Accommodation

Crew areas are located forward under the foredeck. There are two cabins - one is the captain’s cabin, and the other has bunk beds for two crew.

Facilities include a fridge and a microwave for the crew, storage areas, and private ensuites for each cabin, with showers tucked behind the doors.

Performance

The engine space is accessed via a large door on a massive hinge. Down below are a pair of gold-coloured MTU 12V 2000 diesel engines. Each produces 1,500 horsepower. Flat-out speed is about 18 knots, with a cruising speed of about 12 knots, and a range of about 1,000 nautical miles.

The engines are mounted on V-drives. The engines sit in backwards and the power is sent out through V boxes to conventional shaft drives.

The engine room also houses Northern Lights generators, switch panels, and emergency access straight up onto the deck. The space is described as very get-at-able, clean, and superbly laid out.

In Summary

This yacht stands out for its flexible cabin arrangement, with three suites finished to owner standards and two further spacious guest cabins. The layout suits private cruising, shared ownership, or charter use, giving everyone a generous space to enjoy.

Social areas feel open and easy to use, while the wide decks and deep bulwarks make movement safe and straightforward. The flybridge, with its mix of seating, wet bar, and helm station, adds another level of relaxed living on board.

Crew accommodation is well thought out, and the engine room is spacious, tidy, and practical, with strong performance from the twin MTUs. The tender garage aft gives extra versatility.

It’s a big, capable yacht that would suit owners wanting comfort, usability, and the flexibility to cruise or charter with ease.
